It includes a shed, a two-story barn where the second floor uses as a workshop with electricity and water, and the first floor is low and currently used for storing machinery, but it can be dug deeper to be used as a residential space. In the yard, there is also a swimming pool, a shed with a relaxation area and jacuzzi. Next to it, there is a barn without a roof, but it is structurally in good condition and can be covered.
