Pavlikeni - the nearest town is rapidly developing in the last 5-6 years - two large supermarkets, several pharmacies, banks, hospital, railway station, very good infrastructure and overgrown parks. In the village itself there are two shops, a bar, a children's playground, good internet.
The house is on two levels. The first level consists of one room that was used as a kitchen with grownd leveled access and the other was a bathroom and can be renovated and converted into a kitchen with dining room and living room. From this level you go down the stairs to the basement, which is in very good condition, without moisture, of normal height to be fully used, completely built of stone.
From this level, by means of several external stairs, you can reach the second level, on which there is a wide corridor and three rooms. The width of the corridor allows to separate a space for a bathroom with a toilet and even a bathtub can be installed. The ceilings are high. The roof of the property is not in excellent condition, but structurally it is stable and needs some replacement of tiles and wooden boards and beams.
The house is for complete renovation. It is not large, which on the one hand may make it unsuitable for large families, but on the other hand, the funds required for the repair will not be that much and it can be achieved and turned into a very sweet country property.
The yard is about 1,500 m2 and needs an almost completely new fence, as the current one is missing in most places.
In the yard there is also a huge stone barn, part of which has unfortunately been destroyed in half, but the part that has remained intact is in quite good condition and in view of the stone that has remained as a building material from the destroyed part of the barn, there are several options to build an outdoor barbecue, for example, or a smaller room to be used as a storage or tool room.
