Pavlikeni - the nearest town is rapidly developing in the last 5-6 years - two large supermarkets, several pharmacies, banks, hospital, railway station, very good infrastructure and overgrown parks. In the village itself there are two shops, a bar, a children's playground, good internet.

The property is located at the end of the village on a peaceful and quiet street with good year-round access via an asphalt road and at the same time it is only a ten minute walk from the center of the village.
