The village is located at the foot of Stara planina, 15 minutes from the town of Veliko Tarnovo. Its infrastructure is very good. It has a shop and a bar. There is good internet.
The residential building has an interesting architecture that is not typical for Bulgarian construction. It is some type of mix between Western European architecture and traditional Bulgarian. This is one of the reasons why the house is completely broken, the rooms have quite high ceilings and they themselves are spacious. This flexibility of the building gives different options for the purpose and . It can be used both for a residential property and for a business property for the purpose of renting out for nights.
We have three separate floors
The first or ground floor is a huge stone cellar which is in fairly good condition and is currently used mainly as a warehouse. The room has high ceilings and a flat concrete floor.
