  The village of Polski Senovets is located 30 km from Veliko Tarnovo. The village has a town hall, post office and health service, several restaurants and shops for industrial and food goods. It is located on the main road Veliko Tarnovo - Ruse. Maintained and with well-developed infrastructure.

The house that we offer to your attention has two floors with an area of about 150 m2.

From the street you enter the second floor, where are located  the living room, the kitchen and the dining room , as well as in this same room there is also a separate corner as an office. There is also a small wet room with a toilet. The floors are saturated with original oak parquet. The windows are PVC double glazed  in the color of golden oak. On the same floor there is a large veranda, which is covered with terracotta and a railing must be installed. From there you can enjoy a pleasant and relaxing view of the nearby hills.

An internal staircase leads to the second ground floor, where there are three bedrooms, completely built and decorated in the old traditional style of stone and wood. One of the bedrooms has an exit to the yard.

In the yard, which is about 1200 m2, there is a well, a shed, which is attached to the main house, and a separate large barn with another  shed.
