  The village of Polski Senovets is located 30 km from Veliko Tarnovo. The village has a town hall, post office and health service, several restaurants and shops for industrial and food goods. It is located on the main road Veliko Tarnovo - Ruse. Maintained and with well-developed infrastructure.

 

 

The house that we offer to your attention has two floors with an area of about 150 m2.

From the street you enter the second floor, where are located  the living room, the kitchen and the dining room , as well as in this same room there is also a separate corner as an office. There is also a small wet room with a toilet. The floors are saturated with original oak parquet. The windows are PVC double glazed  in the color of golden oak.
