   Strahilovo is located only 10 minutes away  from the town of Polski Trambesh. The city has everything you need for a normal life - there are shops, banks, a train station, a bus station, a weekly market with fresh goods of all kinds, a health facility. The village itself is large by Bulgarian standards. Very well arranged with several shops, health center, internet. A large part of the village's streets are asphalted, the same as the access to this particular property . Veliko Tarnovo is located 45 km from there. The international road to Romania and central Europe is only 5 minutes from the center of the village. Bucharest airport is 2 hours away, and Sofia airport is 3 hours away.

  The property is a one-story bungalow type house with two separate entrances that lead to different premisses .

The first entrance leads us into a spacious kitchen-type room, with electricity and water, from it we enter an even larger room, which can be converted into a bedroom with a bathroom and a toilet, there is also a basement, in excellent condition with two proper  windows , which allow enough light so that the room can also be used for an office or another  bedroom, if necessary.

  The other entrance is to the main building where there are four separate rooms and a wide corridor with a veranda facing the courtyard. Two large and bright bedrooms with high ceilings and a living room can be separated on the floor.

The windows are made of wooden frames, which are subject to replacement. The floor coverings are original wooden ones  in excellent condition, the doors are also original and very stable

There are three wide entrances, one from one street and two from the other street. The yard is accessible for caravans and motorhomes  - it is leveled  and private  from neighbors.

The access is by asphalt road .
