The house that we offer is located in a region with clean air, scenic landscapes and oppurtunities for fishing and camping. Polski Senovets village is located 35 km. from Veliko Tarnovo. There are three stores, one of which is mini supermarket, post office and restaurant. The village is located not far away from the main road Veliko Tarnovo- Ruse.

Stone and Brick- built two-storey house with a total living area of 150 sq.m. The first floor consists of one room, a kitchen with a living room and a dining area, a corridor, a basement and a bathroom with a toilet with partly repaired pipes for clean water and sewage.
